Culture of diversity and inclusion

Our culture is what sets us apart. As a McCain company, we’re proud to be a family business with family values. Since our first shipment of potatoes, our values have been the driving force behind what we do. And decades later, that hasn’t changed. Whether we’re on the road or in the office, here’s our promise to you: we’ll always be committed, adaptable, human, and brave.

Where everyone belongs.

At Day & Ross, everyone belongs. We believe we should reflect the communities where we do business and we’re committed to creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for all.

We bring commitment to life through balancing representation, ensuring access and fostering belonging. Our strategic approach focuses on awareness education, building community by sharing lived experiences, and growing inclusive leaders.

Our family values.

Committed: We’re committed to simplifying your supply chain, and we stand behind our services — every step of the way.

Adaptable: We haven’t stayed around this long without being flexible. As consumer needs and supply chains evolve, we’re ready to evolve with them.

Brave: Doing the right thing is in our DNA. We won’t compromise, and we make sure our employees are empowered to do the same.

Human: We’re here to connect people with the tools they need to move their businesses and their lives forward. We’re a family at Day & Ross – and we’ll treat you like family too.

We’re proud to be a family business with strong values. It’s why brothers like Ronnie and Donnie have built long, successful careers with Day & Ross. Based out of Hartland, NB, the twins have logged more than 8 million safe miles on the road together, a true reflection of their dedication, teamwork, and shared commitment to doing the job right.

Serving our community.

At Day & Ross, we don’t just deliver freight. We're committed to driving change for our communities and our people too. From our partnership with Truckers Against Trafficking to our support of local food banks, we care about giving back where we live and do business.

Truckers Against Trafficking

We’re proud to partner with Truckers Against Trafficking (TAT), a non-profit organization that works closely with the transportation industry to educate and equip drivers to help combat human trafficking in their daily work.

As part of our commitment, we’re a Freedom Driver sponsor of the organization. More than just financial support, this is a reflection of our values and a true partnership where we’re working together to leverage our teams, resources and network in the fight against human trafficking.
